The Strategy & Innovation unit is HACLA’s “go to” team for operational thought partnership and tools development utilizing agencywide data to inform policies, support an increase in funding, deepen trust with and empower our residents and clients, enhance effective collaboration with our stakeholders, and create new partnership and service collaborations.
This team also oversees agency wide strategy with primary focus on implementing Build Hope our 25- Year Vision Plan and reporting out to various entities including quarterly and annual updates on progress to our Board.
