HACLA Joins LABC Mayoral Housing, Transportation and Job Summit

On Friday, May 10th, Doug Guthrie, HACLA President and CEO, participated as a panelist in a discussion titled "Tackling the Housing Crisis: Collaborative Models for California’s Future." This event was part of the LABC Mayoral Housing, Transportation, and Jobs Summit, which took place at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center. The panel was moderated by David Nahai, LABC Chair. Other panelists included Arash Daghighian, Vice President of Operations at Ford E.C. Inc; Josh Raper, Regional Manager at Western States Carpenters; Gustavo Velasquez, Director of the California Department of Housing and Community Development; and Alexa Washburn, Chief Development Officer at National CORE Housing. The discussion focused on collaborative efforts and innovative models to address California's housing crisis.
