All contractors and subcontractors must adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations on public works projects. The following links provide guides, forms, and additional resources to assist in meeting project labor compliance requirements.

 Training Videos

Mixed Funded

Refer to the above information and the following:

  • Workers shall be paid not less than the higher of the applicable federal or state prevailing wage rates.
  • The more stringent law applies where federal and state law conflict.
  • Use the Subcontractor List and Project Schedule (with Contractor DIR Registration).
  • Use the Certification of Posting Compliance for Public Works (Federal/Mixed Funded).
  • Use the WH347 Form (or other payroll formats that collect the same information). Page 2 of the WH347 Form (Statement of Compliance) is required for each pay period, regardless of the payroll record used.
  • No Statement of Fringe Benefit form required if using a WH347 Form for payroll reporting; where fringes are paid to an (un)funded plan, ensure fringes are listed on the WH347 Form.
