Landlord Orientation Seminars

The Landlord Seminars are designed to explain how the Section 8 Program works from the landlord’s perspective. The Housing Authority is conducting online seminars. Zoom is used for online seminars. This is a free application. If you are new to Zoom you can get the app now and be ready when your first meeting starts: Zoom

Getting Started: Quick & Easy Registration

1. Go to https://publichousing-hacla.securecafe.com

2. Select your login type: Landlord

3. Click on “Click here to register”

4. Enter your unique Registration Code, Landlords: 2524-L + new Vendor ID (starts with V).
