The Housing Authority plays a critical role in our efforts to address the affordable housing crisis in Los Angeles, and now we can declare that this critical agency has reached an important milestone in its efforts to reform, said Mayor Villaraigosa. This good news from HUD is a clear sign that reform efforts at HACLA have been a major success.
