HACLA Hosts Census 2020 Outreach Event at San Fernando Gardens
On Thursday, September 3rd, San Fernando Gardens held a Census 2020 Outreach Event at its Community Center. With help from Mayor Eric Garcetti’s office, LAPD Community Safety Partnership (CSP) and MEND with on-the-spot Census completion, an additional 17 households were counted! On Saturday, September 12, 2020 The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) held another back to school event at its Pueblo del Rio site. Children from the community were invited to come to Pueblo del Rio’s Social Hall between the hours of 11am – 2pm for a free backpack giveaway as students continue to prep for back to school. Electric Car Share Pilot Program Launches in Rancho San Pedro
