Move-In Assistance

Move-In Assistance may include security deposit, utility assistance, and furniture essentials depending on the needs of the homeless family or individual. Once the person or family secures housing, the Housing Authority or partner agency will make contact and arrangements.

Damage Mitigation

The Damage Claims component provides a financial safety net to landlords for unit costs beyond the security deposit. All claims must be filed within 30 calendar days of the lease termination date.
