Project SOAR (Students + Opportunities + Achievements = Results) is an intensive college guidance program targeted to youth ages 15-20 residing in participating public housing communities.
HACLA's Community Safety Partnership (CSP) program is aimed at improving the relationship between residents of Los Angeles public housing communities and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
